Telephone Triage Nurse
The interview was long and even went over the scheduled hour by almost 20 mins which felt disrespectful of my time. The interview also focused on why I should say no to the job- no incentives for nurses at all, mandatory OT, black out dates for vacation spanning almost all summer, minimal raises, schedule bidding every 6 months. Basically the job sounded horrific and based on the lack of interaction between me and the interviewers, I think they’re just looking for warm bodies.
- Can you tell me about your internet speed?
Product Manager
It was a multi-step interview process that included a case study. I didn't get the vibe that the company was super progressive or up-to-date with product best practices; they seemed confused when I brought up agile. I asked several times about the specifics of the role, like whether it was more technical, growth-focused, or user-facing, but never got a clear answer. Even after four rounds, I still wasn't sure about the role. In the fourth round, I presented a case study I'd prepared. The prompt was really vague, so my answers were pretty vague too. Out of the four people on the panel, only one asked a question. I got rejected pretty quickly without any feedback, which really stinks considering how much time I put into it.
- Standard behavioral product questions were asked.
Registered Nurse Case Manager
It was a multi-step interview process. First, there was a pre-screening, then I spoke with the Human Resources Recruiter, followed by the Branch Manager. After that, there was a background search, a review of my prior positions, and reference checks. They asked behavior questions, situation questions, and "what would you do if" scenario questions. The whole thing took about a month.

RN Field Case Manager
The interview process involves a recruiter, the general manager for the area, and other supervisors. It's usually a quick process, typically completed within a few days. They're very accommodating if you have trouble connecting immediately and respond quickly.
- Could you walk me through your previous employment experiences?
- Would you be comfortable with the travel requirements of this position?
