Information Technology
The hiring process was quite involved, featuring a panel of interviewers and some senior management members. Each interviewer asked questions, sometimes probing deeper into the answers. The questions covered a spectrum from very specific technical topics to broader questions about skills and approaches.
- What is my motivation for joining this company?
Certified Nursing Assistant
I had applied for two jobs and didn't know I was going to be interviewed by two people. It was perfectly fine with me, but for someone who gets nervous easily at an interview could have been pretty sweaty at that point. It's been a week and a few days and haven't been called by HR, but my application is still active. Called and checked on my application five days after the interview, still active.
- Which patient do you help first, and who next, given a scenario where you need to get something for a patient, a nurse needs you, a doctor is waving you over to talk to them, and you hear a patient screaming in the background?
- What is usually considered a low blood pressure reading?
- If your friends could describe you using only three words, what would they be?
Crothall
The interview process was pretty basic. They asked simple questions and expected simple answers. It was a very easy interview, conducted through a contract company via Enloe.
- Why do you want this job?
Registered Nurse
I had an interview with three people: the department chair, assistant department chair, and the nurse educator. It was a really friendly and direct chat. The questions were pretty standard. They want to see you're genuinely into the job. It wasn't as nerve-wracking as I expected.
- How would you handle conflicts that arise in the workplace?
