It was pretty tough and completely technical. They asked a lot of questions about my past experience, specifically about standards, and also a lot of HR questions like about my previous experience, salary expectations, and some general questions.

It was an online interview where they asked about my experience in extreme conditions and my language skills. There were also general soft skill questions, and questions about my education and qualifications. I heard back in a week. If I got the job, they would handle all the paperwork like visa documents.

The whole process was online. It started with a written test covering technical skills and language proficiency. After that, I had an interview with the job site manager and some directors. The final interview was with the HR department. Then they did a reference check.

The entire process felt like they were looking for a perfect candidate, and the offer they extended was surprisingly low, especially considering the budget issues they didn't disclose upfront. The offer lacked transportation support, company services, and food support, with lunch available at the company cafeteria. Health insurance wouldn't kick in until a year into employment, and overtime was expected without additional pay. A single annual bonus was offered, but it would only be received after two years of service. It felt like they expected a lot of work for very little compensation.
