First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Enhesa.
Data Scientist
The whole process felt disorganized and didn't really respect my time as a candidate. I went through two interviews: one was technical, and the other was with the Chief Data Officer and HR. After both of these, I was left waiting for about two weeks with absolutely no news. I had to chase them myself to get any kind of response. They said sorry, blaming some internal stuff, but it was pretty obvious they were still interviewing other people around the same time. This kind of lack of transparency is just not good and makes for a bad experience for anyone interviewing.
- Can you outline a strategy for classifying movies using their synopses and multiple tags?
Software Support Engineer
I interviewed for a Support Engineer position at Enhesa. It had three parts: First, an HR Round where we talked about my background and how it fit the job, plus usual HR stuff like goals and what I expect. Second, a Technical Round with the Support Manager and a Developer, where they asked about my past work and tough situations, mixing technical and problem-solving questions. That one was pretty good, the interviewers were nice. Third, the Final Round with the Product Owner and a Support Team Member. This one was just okay, not as chill as the second. They asked more about what the job needs, if I can learn stuff, and how I'd handle different people.
- Could you write a SQL query?
- Can you write a pseudo-code for the scenario provided?
- How would you approach troubleshooting a web application that's not loading?
EHS Regulatory Consultant
The interview process started with a one-on-one meeting, then a test, followed by a final interview with two people. The test was pretty easy if you've been to law school. Unfortunately, the whole thing felt like a waste of time because they ghosted me after the last interview. What's worse, they scheduled all my interviews and the test during my law school finals, which was a really tough time. Considering I made a lot of time for them during that period, they could have at least let me know I didn't get the job. I sent thank-you emails to both interviewers, but neither responded. After almost three weeks without a response, I contacted HR and found out they supposedly hired someone else. Not sure what their deal was. I saw the job posted again, so who knows. They could have at least been honest. It's unprofessional, and you never know who you'll meet later on. They really left a bad impression.
- Can you give me an overview of your resume?
- What's your understanding of Enhesa?
- How does your background align with the requirements of this role?
Business Development Manager
We had a phone interview first, then a face-to-face meeting. The recruiter wasn't super clear, and neither was the company's direction. The face-to-face involved an 'in-basket' exercise that was sprung on me, though I was able to prepare. They also wanted to involve their investors, which felt disjointed since they were from two different companies. This led to a lot of back-and-forth and delays in getting a final decision. Then there were two more Skype interviews with my N+1, followed by salary discussions with HR.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
- How would you approach selling our services to a global company with a branch in a country where they outsource their EHS regulatory compliance?
- What prompted your departure from your previous employer?
