It was four rounds, and the last one was with the CEO. They asked behavioral questions to see if I'd be a good fit for the culture. They seem to be looking for a very specific type of candidate.

The interview process at Engtal was fantastic and took about a week. It started with a phone interview with the CEO, Chris. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview at their new office, which lasted about an hour. This interview included general and some more challenging questions. After the interview, I got a tour of the office and met the team, who seemed very driven and enjoyed their work. A few days later, I had another phone interview with the partner, Mark, from the U.K. He asked questions very similar to Chris's. Overall, it was a very seamless process.

I was reached out to on LinkedIn by the CEO and had a first call. After that went well, I was invited for an onsite interview a couple days later. I got a tour of the office and met with the CEO for an hour. I didn't get an offer, but the experience was very positive. The CEO was flexible with scheduling and gave me good feedback on why I wasn't chosen. It's an exciting firm and I was bummed not to get the offer. It was a tough but fun interview.

The interview process was thorough and informative, especially for those new to recruitment. I met with peers and seniors, and the final stage was with the Founders, which I appreciated as it showed they really valued who they hired.
