Clinical Research Coordinator
Applied and a couple weeks later got a call from HR for a phone screening. They just confirmed some general info and set up an in-person interview. I met with HR for about 30 minutes and they asked general behavioral questions and about my background. Then I met with the department director for about 45 min where they asked more technical questions about my background and previous experience related to the role. About a week later, I got offered the position and they asked me to come in for a drug test. I started 2 weeks later.
- What might your references say about you?

Surgical Technologist
I sent in my application through their online portal and got a call about a week later for an interview. First, I met with HR and got a tour, then I met with the OR supervisors and General Managers, who were RNs. It seemed like a good place to work, but the OR manager said they couldn't hire a new CST without inpatient experience because they had just hired two new grads. So, she sent my info to the person in charge of the outpatient facility. I was offered a Per Diem position, but I couldn't accept it.
- Can you list the surgical procedures you know?
- Do you have any inpatient experience?
Registered Nurse
I had a phone call with someone from the hiring team, they asked me some questions and set up an in-person interview for 2 weeks later. Then I had the in-person interview with the hiring manager, but they were late and I had to wait almost 2 hours outside their office.
- Do you have any hospital experience?
