A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn for an initial 30-minute phone chat. After that, she mentioned scheduling the next interview with the manager. It took a few days to set up the manager interview, which was supposed to be an hour but only lasted 15 minutes. The manager seemed uninterested and rushed through it, making me feel like my contributions were downplayed. She said I'd get feedback soon, but I never heard back and was ghosted after months. It was a really bad recruiting process overall.

The interview process started with a screening call, followed by two interviews. After that, there was a logic assessment and a writing sample. Then, radio silence for over 90 days, with no updates even after I spent over 5 hours on the process and a 5-day window was given for the assessment.

The interview process was pretty relaxed. I talked with two regional managers. They were nice and told me about the company's history. They asked about my administrative abilities and past work. Basically, they wanted to know if I'm good at what I do and if I can roll with the punches since policies are always changing. They inquired about my experience, what I'm good at and not so good at, and how I'd handle competing demands and deadlines.
