Easy interview process 3 steps. First, interviewed with corporate recruiter on the phone. Second, interview with department head face to face. Third, interview with department head and department manager. All were very professional and was a great environment. This position is a demanding position with great benefits and culture. The only reason I declined the offer was it didn't fit with my family goals. Qualified person would really like this position, and would have great room to grow within a awesome company.

The interview process was good until the end when I felt let down. I was given a tour of the facility, which was impressive, and saw all the different departments with sales teams working on their accounts. Then I got to sit and listen to a sales manager on the phone for about 15 minutes, to see how they used the computer system to document and record their calls. After that, I was taken to a large room (probably for meetings that accommodate at least 30) where 2 men were waiting to interview me. They were interested in making comparisons between my previous experience and situations with the kind of work I would be doing at England. It all went well and I was told I would be made aware of their decision by the following Monday at the latest, regardless of the outcome. I sent thank you emails to the interviewers later that day, and waited for a response. It never came.

The interview was informative, with sales-focused questions and a background screening. They were very open about the position and answered all my questions about company benefits, salary, and incentives. They asked me about conflict resolution, my sales process, and my computer software degree.

Standard hiring process. Submit your resume and they will contact you for an interview. They might do a phone interview before an in-person one. During the interview, you'll likely listen to current employees making calls. They might give a geography test of U.S. States and capitals, though I'm not sure if they still do. Dress properly. I've seen people show up in jeans and get turned away quickly.
