User Experience Designer
I was first contacted by a recruiter over the phone, who mentioned they were hiring for a position at their office in city X. During the actual interview, I found out the hiring was actually for other locations, and there was no one at the city X office. Overall, the interview made me feel quite uncomfortable, with jokes and similar comments, and strange requests like asking to see work that was clearly under NDA. Anyway. They asked pointless questions that seemed designed to belittle, like "Do you even know what UX design is?" even though it's my job. In the end, they mentioned a challenge, which is fine, I've done many in other interviews, but this one seemed disproportionately large in terms of workload. All this without any mention of salary; for all I knew, they could have offered me an internship. In the end, I chose not to continue with the selection process because I already have a job, and all of this seemed like a waste of time with no prospect of professional growth.
- What draws you to UX design?
- Could you define UX design?
- Are you capable of creating wireframes?
UX/UI Designer
I had three interviews in total. The first was with HR, about 40 minutes, covering general questions about my background, career choices, and approach to the field. They said I was liked and moving on. The second was with a UX manager, lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes, focusing on my project approach, past projects, and techniques used. Again, it went well. The third and final interview was with another manager, lasting 20 minutes, where they mentioned hearing great things and wanted to meet me. Questions were about my personality and how I interact with development teams. These interviews happened over two weeks. After a week of no contact, I followed up via email twice with no response. A phone call was also hung up on me. Despite positive feedback from three interviews, I expected at least a rejection notice, but was ignored instead, which was disrespectful.

UX Writer
Foram duas etapas, uma com RH onde me fizeram perguntas sobre fit cultural da empresa e para eu compartilhar um pouco das minhas experiências, e outra com a gestora e um representante da equipe que envolveu mais sobre minha rotina de trabalho na função.
- Could you share your experiences in the area/role?
