I was contacted by HR and scheduled a call in about 7 days. The first interview was technical, directly with the manager of the group I'd be joining. About 10 days later, I had a second interview with HR for a psychological assessment and to discuss the offer. About 20 days after that, I received the job offer.

The initial interview was at the HR office. After a short presentation, since it was my first work experience, they asked me what I knew about the company and why they should hire me. To check my English level, I had to reintroduce myself, describe my typical day, and read a passage in English, during which they assessed my accent and, more importantly, my comprehension of the text. The next interview stage was a few days later with the head of the department I would be joining. I had to introduce myself again, and then they inquired about my computer skills. They also assessed my willingness to travel and then presented the projects I could be assigned to. About a month later, I was offered a three-month internship.

The interview process started with a phone call, followed by a technical interview with someone from the company. They were very transparent throughout the whole process and responded quickly if you were selected or rejected. I really liked how everything progressed. In the technical interview part, they don't keep the candidate waiting too long. The office staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a quick interview with a small technical test to assess skills, which I found very valuable!
