Document Controller
So first people send in their resumes, then we have recruiters look at them and pick out who they think is a good fit. Then we do a quick phone call to chat with them. If that goes well, we set up an in-person or virtual interview where we check out their skills and see if they'd fit in with the team culture. They'll talk to a few different people on the team, and then there's a final interview. If everything looks good, we'll give them a job offer.
- How would you go about managing your team?
Telecommunications Engineer
So first, the Department manager called me to set up an on-site technical interview. Then, in the technical interview, I had to give a quick intro about myself to show I'm qualified for the job. The interviewer looked at my qualifications, skills, and experience. After that, there were IQ & English tests on the computer for about an hour. Then, I had an HR interview. If all goes well, I'll get the job offer.
- Tell me what you know about Low current systems, and walk me through a specific example.
- Can you discuss the relevant codes and standards for Low current systems?

Corporate Tax Manager
The process started with a headhunter contacting me. Then there was a first phone call, followed by a physical interview. After that, I sent in my documents and references. The headhunter then organized an interview with the director. The director refused to see me, claiming I had already interviewed with him. The headhunter thought I had gone behind her back. I then realized the director had sold his firm to Thornton 15 years ago, and that interview was from 15 years ago. It was quite a situation.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
