First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Engineering Associates.
OSP Field Engineer
the interview was easy, they're really desperate for people so there are no hard questions. The manager schedules an interview, then gets busy and forgets, so if you showed up and he forgot, he'd just reschedule and tell you to come back! what a joke.
- What's one interesting thing about you that no one else knows?
Drafter/Designer
First I had a phone call with HR. Then my boss called me into their office, we talked about my background, and they showed me what the job involved. They didn't give me any tests. Five days later, I got a hiring letter from HR saying I got the job.
- Can you describe your previous role?
- Based on what we've discussed about this job, do you think you'd be comfortable with it?
CAD Designer
Since they want someone who can jump right into projects, they only did a phone screen. Lots of online forms to sign, which mostly protect the company.
- How many years of experience do you have in this role?
