Teacher
Make sure your answers are personal. Do your homework on the school and visit if you can. Chat with anyone you know who works, trains, or studies there, and see what you can find out online about their curriculum, academics, recent Ofsted report, catchment area, and specialisms.
- Can you share details about your previous teaching experience that are relevant to this role?
Technical Recruiter
The interview was pretty chill and informative. Make sure you know your sales numbers cold. Social media platforms are a big deal here, like, super important to management. You'll be chatting with a few recruiters, and they'll get into the nitty-gritty. Be ready to explain what makes you stand out from the other recruiters out there.
- What was your professional standing within the industry?
Sales Manager
I got coaching during the whole process and they followed up quickly with great attention to detail. They were super helpful before, during, and after. They made sure to check in at each stage to get feedback. It was nice working with them.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Recruiter
You'll meet with about 4 Recruiters who have been at Engage for over a year. Bring your resume. It's super casual here, think basketball shorts, so don't dress up too much, definitely no tie.
- Tell me why you're seeking a new role right now.
