First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Enesco.
Assistant Brand Manager
The interview was in person with two people back to back. Common interview questions were asked, as well as how well do you know the brands within the company. Communication pretty good throughout.
- Did you put any processes in place at your current job?
- What areas do you want to expand your knowledge in?
Account Executive
Applied about two months ago. A month and a half later, I got a call and spent an hour talking with the sales manager. The next week, we met in person for an hour. They said a decision would be made by the end of the next week, but it's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything. It's important to follow through and let candidates know, especially since they take time to prepare. I hope they don't treat their customers the same way.
- Can you describe yourself as a sales representative?
Inside Sales Representative
The process started with a phone interview that went really well. After that, I was invited to the office for a face-to-face meeting with the head of the department. I liked meeting him and thought the office culture was great, with everyone being friendly and welcoming. I got an offer, but ended up declining it to pursue other opportunities. Overall, it was a good interview experience.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Do you mind making many phone calls?
Junior Java Developer
The interview process went well and was organized. First, I took an online technical test. After that, there was a technical interview where they asked me about Java and Spring Boot. Finally, an HR interview came up to talk about my background, how I communicate, and what my career goals are. It was a professional and clear process overall.
- What is your age, Enes?
