I was initially contacted by an in-house recruiter on LinkedIn to see if I was interested, but they never got back to me after I said I was open to discussing. I then applied online for the role, and the same recruiter immediately emailed me saying the hiring manager wanted to set up a meeting. They asked me to respond to 3 generic questions beforehand. I never heard back about scheduling the interview with the hiring manager, even though I followed up multiple times through email and voicemail.

It was efficient and they communicated well. After I applied, I got a response the same day to set up a screening with HR. The screening was online, scheduled for a time that worked for me. It was about 20 minutes long and I could ask general questions. They explained the next steps clearly and I expect that part to go smoothly too.

Applied about a month ago and got a nice phone screen with HR. They asked easy questions about my background, skills, and experience examples. Then, a week later, I had an in-person interview. It started with a 1.5-hour panel interview with three people, followed by two 30-minute interviews. The questions were pretty similar to the phone screen, but they also asked what I knew about the company and threw in some situational and other typical questions about my experience.

Behavioral Technical

I sent in my resumé and they got back to me pretty fast to set up a phone interview. It was about 15 minutes and went well, I felt like we had a good connection. Then they scheduled an on-site, which involved three people. They asked questions about how my personal experiences matched up with their core values. I gave them lots of examples from my past work, but the questions were so general, it was hard to know what they were looking for. For example, they asked 'tell us how you work with others?', and I wasn't sure how to answer that. I got rejected less than a day later and was hoping for some feedback, but they just said the interviewers wanted more details on things they didn't even ask about.
