The interview was straightforward. The interviewer, Mr. Hernan, was pleasant. They mainly inquired about my previous experience and what my responsibilities would be in the role. He also genuinely asked if I was interested in the position and then set up a follow-up meeting.

So I applied online and then got called in for an interview which was in a conf room. We had to view a powerpoint presentation and then talk about my experience. I ended up turning down the offer because the contract had this chargeback clause that made me liable if a customer defaulted on their financing.

The environment felt super comfortable, too. They also talked about what they were looking for in a candidate and showed me how this role could help me achieve all my career goals if I could do it well.
