The interview process was pretty straightforward but a bit odd. I had a great recruiter reach out initially. The second interview felt strange, like the interviewer wasn't happy I was there, but I still passed. The final round was an in-person Superday, which lasted about 2 hours and involved a panel of 3 interviewers. It can be tricky to schedule if you're currently employed. The final interviews went well, and I enjoyed my time at the office. However, the process lacked transparency. During one of the final interviews, I was told they 'needed me,' so it was a surprise when I received an email saying they weren't moving forward without any explanation or feedback. While I understand difficult decisions have to be made, it felt unusual. There were definitely some great people there though!

Started with an initial intake interview, then a superday with multiple interviews, and finished with a final interview with upper management. Overall, everyone was really nice, answered all my questions, and was very transparent about the process.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty easy and quick process, and the team was really flexible. I got asked questions that felt relevant and made me think, and I felt pretty good talking to everyone on the team during the interviews. All in all, it was a decent experience, and I'd suggest the company to others, though the specific job wasn't the right fit for me.

Behavioral Other

This was a really odd interview with a strange vibe. The first recruiter screen was fine, but the second round interview was bizarre. It started with, "Why don’t you just ask me some questions?" — and that was it. No structure, no engagement. So much for all the prep and time I took off work. If that's how they run things this early on, no thanks. Good luck.
