So, there were 3 stages in this interview. First was just a basic chat about my background and the job. Then there was a simple Excel test. The last part was a case study, which was pretty weird, honestly. It wasn't like other case studies I've done lately, no clear structure or main question, and the interviewer wasn't very engaging. They also put a lot of pressure on time because they had so many questions for just an hour. It honestly made me not want the job. The feedback was also strange, basically saying I should rethink my career without any explanation.

It was a 3-round process that started with an HR call. They sent a coding assignment with graph problems. After the final round with managers, they stopped responding. The last technical round had two interviewers who gave Python problems, and they were impatient, not waiting for debugging or solutions. It felt more like a grilling than a discussion. Honestly, good programmers with good DSA skills should probably avoid this place; it's a waste.

The interview process kicked off great - the recruiter was super communicative and wanted to get me talking to the team's main people quickly. I'm sure HR is swamped everywhere these days, and we had a couple of HR chats that got rescheduled or they completely missed. I eventually spoke with a team member, which was a good and tough conversation. We chatted a lot about what I'm into and they really grilled me on my market knowledge. Then came the Excel and written tests. I was told I'd next chat with another team member and maybe the CEO. Seven weeks later, though, dead silence. I've sent email after email, but zero response. I did some digging on LinkedIn and it was super obvious they'd already hired someone else for the gig, who started last month. Since I'm interviewing with a bunch of places, a simple email saying 'no' seven weeks back would have been really appreciated.
