Support Analyst
The interview was objective, where all points were well clarified. They asked common questions inherent to the role, always with a lot of education, kindness, and cordiality. In all stages, I received proper feedback and really enjoyed participating in this company's selection process.
- What is your availability regarding work hours?
- Tell me about your previous experiences.
- Are you open to taking on new challenges?
Software Developer
So the interview day started with a quick office tour. After that, I had a bunch of interviews covering my background in different areas like product, agile, tech stuff, and how I fit culturally. Then I met with an executive and the hiring manager. The cultural part was pretty tough, mostly quick behavioral questions. The tech interview might be tricky for some, it was 3 interviewers and we went over a code challenge I did beforehand. All in all, it was a pretty good experience, very professional. Liked the people and the vibe.
- What's your experience collaborating with product managers?
- How have you worked within agile teams before?
- Can you discuss your knowledge of object-oriented programming?
Marketing
I applied online and then got a call from the HR company recruiter. We had a nice chat about my background, the job, and the company. She said they were really interested in me. Afterward, she emailed me their benefits info. I was told they'd be in touch. I emailed the HR contact three times, and on the third try, she said they had an offer out to someone but would let me know. Given what they sell, I was surprised by how I was treated.
- Tell me about your experience.
Client Services Specialist
So we had four interviews. First was a phone screen. Then I went in person to meet with the President and my potential manager. Then I had a meeting with the CEO, could have been phone or in person depending on his travel. Then I met the whole team, where I could interview them and they interviewed me. They made an offer over the phone and then sent the official letter.
- Could you sell your current product to the CEO?
- Could you walk the CEO through the sales process of your previous employer?
