First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Enel.
Junior Software Engineer
It was a great learning experience, it helped me grow a lot personally. I recommend participating in these company interviews, aside from everything, they are truly educational. The interview itself wasn't too simple, but rather several topics were discussed.
- Tell me about yourself
- Do you have any personal questions for me?
- Can you tell me about what you studied?
Software Developer
The interview was for a Developer position and lasted about an hour. It focused heavily on psychological aspects with minimal technical content. The discussion was extensive and well-conducted, involving three HR employees and one technical person who discussed upcoming challenges and work methods. A downside was the feedback process; I was promised personalized feedback to understand areas for improvement, but it turned out to be an automated email stating I wasn't selected. I would have expected this level of feedback for a brief call, not for a more involved process that resulted in an automated rejection email.
- Is there anything in your life you would do differently?
Applications Developer
A recruiter reached out to me and had me do some initial programming tests. The interview was a bit of a mix, with 4 interviewers in one session (3 HR and one very knowledgeable director from the area). After that, I had an English test, but I never received any feedback.
