It was a multi-step interview process, starting with an introductory call and moving to technical interviews with the area manager. However, the interviews weren't very technical, mostly focusing on assessing my interest in staying with the company. They do make you wait a long time between interviews.

I had a phone screening with an HR person (they were from a 3rd party), then a quick 20 minute zoom chat with the hiring manager. After that, there was another zoom call, about 45 minutes long, with three people from the team they were hiring for. It was a pretty good experience overall, but I didn't hear anything back for over a month after my second interview. I had to reach out to them myself to find out I wasn't selected. I was kind of hoping that after a phone screen and two interviews, they would have at least let me know they had hired someone else.

Proceeded to an introductory interview with questions about past experiences, skills, certifications, interest in innovation and digitalization, and other aptitude-related questions.
