I applied through vagas.com and was selected by Adecco the same day it opened. Then, I had a group interview with other candidates online to figure out which role was best for us. After passing that, I had an interview with the manager. The manager was very polite and asked only technical questions. Unfortunately, I didn't pass.

First, there was a phone interview. Then, they had a day event for all candidates, who were from different backgrounds. We had to do long group activities and assess each other. Lots of questions and group activities, and they gave positive feedback, but never called back.
