The process was really quick. A headhunter reached out to me. I first talked to HR, then to the area manager, and finally, the area directors. The second and third interviews included technical questions relevant to the role.

first selection: English test passed. Second selection: recruiting day (very long morning) passed. I received an email assuring me I would be contacted soon for a third and final interview. More than a month passed, I never heard back from them (neither did others) and meanwhile, they continue to publish job postings.

I was contacted by a recruiter. The first step was a phone call with the recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Then there was a third interview with a manager who is based in Rome. The whole process is quite slow and can take a few months to get a response.
