Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Enel.
Business Development
This was a video interview where I had to answer a list of questions. It felt pretty impersonal and awkward. A recording would start, and the questions would pop up. I had a set amount of time to respond.
- Can you discuss your past work experience and how it relates to this role?
- What would you say are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Business Development
The people at the company were very attentive and kind. I had several interviews, especially with HR. It struck me as odd that the process would start and then be put on hold several times without any notification or communication about it.
- Tell me about your knowledge and qualifications for the role.
- What general topics related to the position are you familiar with?
- What is your knowledge of the company?
Business Development
The interview process spanned over three months with multiple rounds of interviews. Initially, I interviewed with individual team members, followed by technical interviews, and then panel interviews. The entire process was quite lengthy and occurred intermittently over several months. The interviewers were very nice.
- What is your background in the industry?
- Can you describe your specialized knowledge?
- What do you know about Kessler?
