The interview process started with a chat with the hiring manager. Then, I had another interview with both the hiring manager and their boss. We mostly discussed my background and how I'd fit into the team. There were no coding questions involved.
- Can you share details about your previous experience?
Assistant
It was a well-structured interview with technical and workplace safety questions. It was done online with the managers of each technical unit. Questions about electrical engineering principles and specifics for the future role were asked.
- What are the workplace safety regulations?
- Can you tell me about electrical engineering principles?
- Do you have specific knowledge for this future role?
Intern
First, there's an assessment where you're evaluated by other candidates. Then, if you pass, you'll have an interview with the manager who will describe the position. Since it's a first experience, the questions were easy.
- Give a brief self-introduction and prepare a slide presentation.
Health and Safety Officer
After the first round of interviews with aptitude tests, I was admitted to the second round of technical interviews. The first round of interviews consisted of a group discussion where candidates were divided into various teams with a goal to achieve. Each team had 4-5 candidates who had to organize themselves to reach the set objective. The second phase was technical, and HR also participated, intervening in the technical questions posed by the other two individuals.
- Tell me about your experience so far?
- Describe your work routine?
- What was the biggest work problem you have faced until now?
