ENEA Interview Questions
& Process

So at ENEA, the interview process is pretty straightforward, broken down into three parts. First, there's an Initial Call where we just chat to see if you know your stuff tech-wise and if you're a good fit. Then, you'll get a Theory Assessment. We'll email you some questions, and you'll email back your answers. Lastly, there's a Technical Interview with the manager and team lead. They'll ask questions relevant to the role, covering basic to advanced topics, and might throw in some situational questions randomly to check how you handle things.

First, there was a call with HR to make sure my profile aligned with their needs. Then, I had an interview with the person currently in the role, who asked some basic questions about product design and my background. Finally, I spoke with the Engineering VP and the team. They shared more details about the work and confirmed my interest in this specific type of role. The conversations were consistently friendly, without any STAR method or tricky questions, just a good discussion.

The interview process was quite disappointing. One interviewer kept cutting me off and seemed impatient, asking new questions before I could finish my answers. It was unprofessional. They also unexpectedly changed the job from permanent to a one-year contract. After a month, I was still waiting for feedback, which was delayed twice, making it seem like they were waiting on another candidate. No feedback was given after rejection, which felt unprofessional given the time invested.
