Endyna is a horrible company to interview with. The gaslighting is wild. I have tried jumping through multiple hoops and being as flexible as possible but it never went both ways. After jumping through hoops, they decided to change the job title and job description of the role, and essentially I wasted my time. They have no respect or regard for another persons time at all. After the first job I applied for, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and applied for another job. I got an email to set up a time to talk, but never got the call from the recruiter. They are just a waste of time. Do not even bother with this low life company.

The interviewer booked an interview, then had to reschedule it to the next week. When the rescheduled time came, the interviewer didn't call. I texted him after 15 minutes, and he said he was delayed from an all-hands meeting. He was available to talk then, but I had to leave in 15 minutes. We rescheduled again, and he never called at the new time. I followed up, but got no response. Very unprofessional.

The interview was quite short and didn't involve much exploration. It felt like the interviewer wasn't very experienced with hiring. They also shared minimal details about the job, sticking mostly to what was already in the role's description.

It was pretty much just a screening interview, and they made me feel really comfortable. They said I'd make it to the next stage and I should hear back within 72 hours. Fingers crossed!
