Help Desk Technician
The interview process was pretty simple and straightforward. They were very flexible with scheduling and made me feel really important and welcome. It started with a personality and cognitive assessment. Then there was an online one-way interview, which was easy but a bit strange. After that, I had an in-person HR interview focused on personality. Finally, I had an in-person technical interview with the managers, where I had to give a presentation on a topic they gave me and also write a technical paper.

Systems Administrator
I got an email saying my application was looked at, and I had to do a one way video interview. The instructions were clear, and the questions were basic. Each answer had a 3 min limit, and there were 9 questions. Next, I had an onsite interview. They put my name on the company door, which was super cool and thoughtful. The interview felt like a chat, really nice and comfortable, one of the best I've had. Everyone seemed chill and happy. I'm waiting for my third interview now.

Response Center Engineer
Applied for help desk engineer role and got an interview call shortly after. The interview process was simple and had 3 rounds. Round 1 was a one-way interview with 9 questions, a mix of technical and behavioral, testing basic network knowledge. You get unlimited thinking time, then 3 minutes to record and submit each answer. Round 2 was a 1.5 to 2-hour video interview with managers, focusing on cultural fit, basic technical questions, and projects/personality. It’s a good chance to build rapport. Round 3 was on-site and had 3 parts: a 35-40 minute presentation on a prepared topic, a discussion on troubleshooting methodology and basics, and lunch where general conversation happened. After the tour and explanation of the work, an offer is given if all rounds are cleared.

Field Engineer
I sent in my resume through Indeed and got a call within a week. They said they reviewed it and wanted me to do a 'one-way' video interview, which is like pre-recorded answers to HR and staff questions. I had to use my camera, so a good quality one is a must. After sending it in, I had to follow up twice via email because it took a month and a half to hear back. They then called, saying they liked my video and invited me for an on-site interview to meet the team and managers. We talked about customer service, technical troubleshooting, and networking. I then got invited for a second on-site interview where I discussed the job duties more with the VP and other managers. They went to another room to decide after the 'interrogation'. I felt good about the first interview and they did offer me the job. I had to turn it down though, even though I fit in well. The offer's compensation wasn't even close to Bay Area rates for a field engineer with no experience. I tried to negotiate a fair salary, but they wouldn't budge. They also didn't provide a company phone, expecting clients to call my personal number, though they would reimburse most of the bill. Mileage reimbursement was also less than IRS standards.
