First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Endologix.
Administrative Assistant
The interview process was pretty smooth and organized. It started with a phone call with HR, followed by two video interviews with the manager and a team member. All interviewers were positive and transparent about the company, which was refreshing. They seem to be focused on strengthening the company and revitalizing goals and values.

Intern
My interview process was pretty standard, not super easy but not really hard either. It started with a phone interview with HR in late March, then a technical phone interview with the Hiring Manager in April. About two weeks after that, I had my final onsite interview at Endologix's main office in Irvine. The final round had 4 interviews back-to-back, each lasting 30 minutes. The interviewers were an HR Manager, two Senior Managers (one from a different department), and a Senior Director. Luckily, I got the Summer Internship!

- Could you share your career aspirations?
- What is your motivation for joining the XYZ department?
Production
Basic reading, math, and speaking skills were assessed. They inquired about my previous experience in medical devices, my salary expectations, and asked me to explain my knowledge from my prior job. They also asked if I was interested in working for a medical device company.
- Can you tell me about your experiences?
- What is your experience with medical devices?
- What was your previous salary?
Field Assurance Engineer
The interview process was very straightforward. It started with a 20 minute HR phone interview, followed by a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. Then, there was an onsite interview, and finally, a phone interview with the VP. The whole thing went smoothly and they kept good communication. All the interviewers were friendly and accommodating. You should definitely do your research beforehand because they ask some tricky questions.
