First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Endicott College.
Administrative Assistant
My interviewer was really nice and it went as expected. They told me to expect an update by Monday or Tuesday, but then they went on vacation for a few weeks without saying anything. I didn't hear back for about a month, and when I did, it was to let me know I didn't get the job.
- Can you tell me about your customer service skills?
- How do you handle multitasking?
Workday Reporting Analyst
The first interview was with the manager, who asked very few questions about my Workday experience and how I've created or designed reports. The second interview felt unorganized and short, despite being with four people. They didn't really focus on my Workday experience or how I could contribute to the college, which I would have expected at this point. They didn't ask me to elaborate on my current Workday tasks. Honestly, I've had better interviews.
- What is the extent of your Workday experience?
Director of Digital and Web Services
Had a really good phone interview with the head of marketing who said he wanted me to come in for an in person interview. His assistant emailed me to schedule the in person interview. Unfortunately, I was on a business trip and had an important meeting on the two days they offered. Assistant emailed back (never called) saying I was no longer a candidate because I couldn't make the dates. Scheduling could have been fixed with a call. They clearly don't care that candidates have current jobs and can't just drop everything last minute. Glad I found out about their bad company culture early.
- How would you describe your management approach?
Assistant
The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a phone screen, then I came in to interview with the team, and finally met with HR and the President for a last round. Scheduling the final meeting with the President took the longest because he was traveling. Just wanted to mention that meeting the President in the final round doesn't guarantee a job offer, as I know another candidate also met with him even though I was offered the position. Overall, it was a good experience, the campus is lovely, and the people working there seem genuinely happy.
- Could you tell me why you are interested in Endicott?
