The questions were precise and experience-based. It felt like you weren't just giving information, but also receiving insights from the interviewers. The time was standard (30 min). The interviewer was more of a conversation partner than someone controlling the conversation based on their own interests.

Behavioral Technical

There were 3 interviews total. The first one went well. In the second interview, we talked more about the specifics of the role and my background. The third interview was a bit strange; it felt less like a conversation and more like I was just answering questions with silence afterward. I also found myself repeating a lot of information that had already been covered in earlier interviews, which was pretty frustrating. Some of the interviewers came across as condescending, distant, and unprofessional.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

A friend told me about this job so I applied. They reached out quickly to ask about my preferences and english level, and then I had my first interview 4 days later. It was with two HR people who explained the job, company, structure, culture, and the role's responsibilities and challenges really clearly. Great first interview. Two days later, they called to set up a second interview with the Manager Director. I had to get permission from my current job and scramble to make it happen on short notice. I met the CM, who was very nice. The whole interview was in English, and he asked me to explain a few things and write them on a blackboard. Afterwards, I had to do a knowledge test and send a PowerPoint presentation. They called me two weeks later to say I didn't get the job and explained why.
