Project Manager
The process was very empathetic, efficient, and responsible. I was given the space to be transparent and feel comfortable at all times. It was complete in its stages, practical, and agile. The staff in charge of the process reflects the company's qualities and its focus on people as the number one driver of the company.

Project Manager
The recruiting team was great! I had a good chat with the senior manager who was really interested in all the activities from my previous jobs. They were a good motivator.
- Tell me about how you manage multiple projects concurrently.
Project Manager
I talked to a recruiter first who asked about my background and soft skills. Then I had a discussion with the Head of Project Management about projects, Agile, Scrum, and other PM topics. We also talked about future growth. The hiring manager felt it was too soon for me to advance, suggesting I needed more experience and should explore different projects first. They implied I'd need to stay for about 5 years to show loyalty before promotion discussions.
- Can you share an example of a project that did not succeed?
- What is your understanding of Agile?
