I had a 1.5 hour interview with 3 senior panels. They seemed pretty intimidating and not very welcoming. It was a bit stressful because they asked about things outside my experience.

It was a lengthy interview with lots of questions thrown my way. The interviewer was nice and helped me get through the tougher questions. They were also good listeners and answered my questions. My suggestion to HR is to at least update candidates on their interview status instead of ghosting them. It'd be more respectful of the candidate's time and effort in the hiring process.

So it was an in-person interview, and it was held right there in the college. I was supposed to hop on a Teams panel meeting, but then the company person told me not to join Teams and just interviewed me himself.
