I applied for a Java developer job at Endava Romania and had an interview with HR. They mentioned the client was slow and asked if I could wait a long time for the process and if this role was a priority. I said I could wait and it was a priority, and that I'd let them know immediately if I got other offers and would postpone accepting them. Sadly, it's been over 3 months with no contact. I was really disappointed because I spent about an hour on the interview, researched the company, agreed to the long wait, and prioritized Endava as requested. I just hoped for at least an automated rejection, but it felt like disrespect.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The first interview was with HR, which was okay. We discussed the company, its projects, and opportunities, and they asked about my experience and goals. The second interview was a technical one with two programmers. They had me do a self-assessment of my technical skills and then asked me questions about Java Core, Spring, Hibernate, Servlet, and JSP. Lastly, I was given a small problem to solve. I got very good feedback, but they needed someone with at least 5 years of experience, so it was a bad experience overall. Not recommended!

Behavioral Technical

The interview started with an HR call where they asked me some personal questions and about my salary expectations, pretty standard stuff. Then, there was a tech round, which wasn't too tough. We mostly went over my previous projects, and I got a few questions on Java and Spring, but they didn't go into super deep detail.
