The interview process was quick and to the point. It consisted of a knowledge-based test and a technical assessment, with no behavioral or situational questions. The assessment was relevant to the role and tested key skills efficiently. The process was straightforward and well-structured, making for a smooth experience.

The recruiter reached out, setting up the first interview. The recruiter was helpful, guiding me. However, the first interviewer was aggressive in discussing the company, my mindset, and skills. I felt I failed. Surprisingly, the recruiter said I passed to the next stage (technical/soft skills) despite the interviewer's concerns. The second stage was great, with friendly, professional interviewers, and I received positive feedback. The manager had mixed feelings, leading to a final interview with the CTO. I accepted, as Endava seemed like a good place. Then, they canceled the final interview 50 minutes beforehand without explanation. After two days, the recruiter informed me they weren't moving forward due to the first interviewer's concerns. Overall, a very negative experience.

The interviewer was nice and friendly. We discussed my past experience and future expectations. First, there was a short intro of the future project, then we discussed my past experience, and then I had a test with some hypothetical issues and how to solve them.
