Registered Nurse
The interview was pretty straightforward, mostly asking 'what would you do' type questions. They also asked about my previous experiences, my education, and to describe myself. It was about 15 minutes long, and I got a quick tour.

Nursing Staff Coordinator
It was a short interview process with just 2 interviews. The first was with the HR Director. The second included a walk-around tour, and the people who interviewed me were the HR coordinator and the Lead Respiratory Therapist. I wasn't interviewed by the CNO or Nurse manager.
