So the first thing is a quick chat with a recruiter, just to see if you're a good fit. If they like you, they'll pass you on to the hiring team. Then, there's a panel interview with some senior engineers. It's pretty chill, not too intense, since it's an entry-level role. They're mostly checking for culture fit, how eager you are, what languages you like, and your experience with teamwork. If that goes well, you'll get a coding challenge to do at home, with a 48-hour deadline. After you send it back, they'll take a couple of weeks to let you know their decision.

The interview process was quick and straightforward. Security will inform you when the interviewer is available. You might need to complete a diagnostic test concerning pharmacy reviews. The interview itself was conducted via a call center. There might be a part where you observe an employee to get a clearer picture of the job, and you'll likely get a brief tour of the facility.

It's a pretty standard interview process. Your potential supervisor will chat with you about your previous work experience and what skills you have that would make you a good fit for Enclara. Then, they'll give you a test where you'll need to translate prescriptions and write out the directions as they would appear on a patient's label. You'll also need to be able to tell if a prescription is valid. If you know pharmacy lingo and what's needed for a script, you'll do great.
