The interview process was pretty laid-back and straightforward. We had two stages in total: a phone call with HR first, followed by an in-person meeting with the team. It felt more like a conversation to get to know the company and make sure we were on the same page regarding interests.

The interviewer was about 10-15 minutes late and had me waiting in the reception area. Once he showed up, he said he needed another few minutes. I was a bit put off by this as it was very unprofessional. In addition, the office looked a bit messy. I don't think he even read my resume once we interviewed and didn't really know what to ask me.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was in-person. The hiring manager started by asking for an introduction and about my previous daily duties. They also inquired about the reason for any gaps in my employment history. The conversation was relaxed, and the manager provided details about the position and the company, including benefits like Jewish holidays off, summer Fridays, and a birthday day off. However, they were firm on the offered salary and unwilling to negotiate.

Behavioral Other

It was a standard interview process, mainly focused on getting to know me and my past work. I had several follow-up meetings with different people. Overall, the process and company felt unprofessional and disorganized. It seemed more like a place to start out rather than build a long-term career, especially since the salary was fixed despite claims otherwise and there was limited potential for advancement. After a couple of visits and meetings with senior management, I decided it wasn't the right fit.
