First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EmVenio Research.
Project Coordinator
It was a pretty good experience. First, I had a phone interview with the recruiter, and then a Zoom interview with the PMs. I'd do it again, they made the process super smooth. I recommend researching the company and practicing situation-based questions beforehand.
- Can you describe a specific situation you encountered?
- What do you know about our company?
- What are your thoughts on this role?
CPC I
It was a quick interview process. I spoke with two senior PMs and it was a good experience. I told HR about another offer I had, and they were able to get me an offer fast enough for me to take the PCM job.
- What motivated you to pursue a career in Clinical Trials?
Clinical Project Coordinator
So after you apply, we'll have a first phone screening that's up to an hour long. If that goes well, we'll schedule a second phone interview with your potential supervisor, also up to an hour. If that one also works out, we'll bring you in for an in-person interview that could be about an hour and a half. This last interview will be with two different pairs of people: one pair will be a Director and a senior project manager, and the other pair will be project managers and project coordinators.
- Can you tell me about a challenging situation you managed?
- What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
- What kind of challenges have you encountered when collaborating with a team?
Clinical Project Coordinator
It started with a recruiter call and interview, and then they set up my next phone interview. After that, I met with the Director and the lead project manager. The next day they called to set up my in-person interview. I met with six people at their Denver location. The whole thing took 2 weeks and 3 days (weekends included). They required a background check, but no drug test.
- Are you planning on continuing your education in the upcoming year?
- Could you explain what this company does?
