Marketing Manager
Interviewed via WhatsApp, phone, and video call. No follow-up or feedback after the interview. The process was quick, but there was little explanation about the role. The HR interviewer seemed rushed and impatient, and there was a lack of communication.
- How many years of experience do you have working in marketing?
Senior Territory Manager
I was interviewed at a conference in a public place, which lacked privacy. They spoke negatively about the general manager they had just fired and asked me personal questions about my family and children, questioning my ability to handle the role. It seems like a place with unrealistic expectations and a toxic work environment.
- Could you share the ages of your children?
Propagandista
- Could you tell me about your professional background?
- What are your main strengths?
- What areas do you think you need to develop?
Senior Researcher
The hiring manager was unwilling to engage, barely looking at the camera and dismissing the interview. The interview was initially scheduled for one day but was rescheduled for two days later by the manager. HR reached out and didn't ask for an updated CV, assuming they had at least checked my LinkedIn. They only requested a personality test. Ultimately, they were using my CV from three years ago. Extremely invasive and personal questions were asked, such as about my children and how many.
- How would you determine the analysis of an analytical method, and where would you start?
- How would the selection of a chromatographic column be made?
