Marketing
It was a really impersonal and almost insulting experience. Save yourself the trouble. If they're considering you, they'll send you a link for a "one-way video interview". You have to record yourself answering questions with a timer going – there's no one from the company actually there. Interviews are supposed to be a two-way chat to see if it's a good fit for everyone, not just a performance for you. It's a badly designed and amateur recruiting process that good candidates won't go for. It makes the company look bad and doesn't say good things about their culture. Glad I didn't get stuck with that.

Chief Marketing Officer
This was one of the best interview experiences I've had. Even though I didn't get the job, the whole process was super clear. I ended up with a solid understanding of what Empower Federal Credit Union is all about, the CEO's management style, and how the management team collaborates. It was a fantastic experience! Their mission is to empower lives, and if you're thinking about a job there, I'd really encourage you to consider it.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment at Empower Federal Credit Union?

Interviewed in an office with the manager, supervisor, and recruiter on speakerphone. They asked about my experience working with the public. I wasn't nervous, and the interview was really quick. I got a call with an offer about two and a half hours later. The process is easy and very efficient. The manager was really nice. It was two or three people in the office and one on speakerphone. It wasn't intimidating at all, and everyone was very friendly. They offered me coffee and a seat before starting with pretty basic questions.
- How do you manage conflict or drama at work, and what's your approach to getting involved?
- In terms of workplace drama or conflict, do you tend to get involved?
Card Service Representative
first, they do a drug test and check your background/criminal history. if you pass those, they will call you for an interview/skills test. You will complete the skills test (which tests your knowledge of basic math and money handling, and customer service), and if you pass that they will then bring you into a meeting room for the actual interview. The interview consists of many questions, as they are trying to get a good idea on your character/ personality, and past experience.
- What is your biggest weakness?
