I filled out another application. Then I talked with two people about my past jobs and when I could work. They told me about the job and I started working the very next Monday. It was super quick and easy.

The interview process was average. It seemed like typical employment agency practices where they place their preferred candidates in good positions, leaving the lower-paying jobs for others.

Behavioral Other

I was called in for an interview for an administrative assistant role at one of their offices. It was a really odd process because they require a lot of online paperwork before you even get to the interview. The interviewer was also very disorganized and hardly let me talk, and she couldn't even answer some of my questions about the company. It was definitely the weirdest interview I've ever experienced.
