First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Employment Solutions.
Warehouse Worker
I filled out another application. Then I talked with two people about my past jobs and when I could work. They told me about the job and I started working the very next Monday. It was super quick and easy.
- What is your availability?
- Do you foresee any need for time off in the upcoming 60 days?
Banquet Server
The interview was straightforward. The interviewer was knowledgeable, articulate, and pleasant. I asked some questions and they were thoroughly answered. The interview was brief and did not involve any tests.
- Can you tell me about your experience as a Banquet Server?
- How many years have you worked as a Banquet Server?
Material Handler
The interview process was average. It seemed like typical employment agency practices where they place their preferred candidates in good positions, leaving the lower-paying jobs for others.
- What kind of employment best fits your job skills?
Administrative Assistant
I was called in for an interview for an administrative assistant role at one of their offices. It was a really odd process because they require a lot of online paperwork before you even get to the interview. The interviewer was also very disorganized and hardly let me talk, and she couldn't even answer some of my questions about the company. It was definitely the weirdest interview I've ever experienced.
- Can you tell me about your people skills?
