Career Services Manager
I applied for the job online via Indeed and was contacted by a manager to schedule an in-person interview. They mentioned a second in-person interview with the president might follow if I advanced. I showed up on time for the first interview, but the manager was 15 minutes late. The interview took place in a very hot, gym-like room, making it difficult to speak. During the interview, the manager surprised me by revealing the job location was actually 10 miles further than initially stated, which would add about 15 minutes to my commute each way.
- Can you tell me about your experience with applying for federal grants?
Director
First, I had a phone screen, then an in-person interview at the downtown office where I met two directors. The whole thing took around 45 minutes.
- Can you tell me about your experience working in non-profit organizations?
