The interview process involved three interviews over three consecutive days. It started with a 30-minute recruiter call, followed by a 30-minute video call with the department head, and concluded with a 60-minute video interview with five team members. After this, there was a three-week period of no communication, after which a generic email was received stating that I was not selected. I found it strange that after dedicating three days in a row to interviews, there was no follow-up from the recruiters, which made me question the company's culture.
- Questions included a mix of behavioral and skill-based inquiries.
