This was one of the best interview experiences I've had. The call center manager asked really good, thought-provoking questions that made me think hard before answering. I could tell she was genuinely trying to see if I'd be a good fit for the job, and it helped me figure out if it was a good fit for me too. Turns out, I realized it wasn't the right fit because I need to be more mobile. Even though I didn't get a callback, I really appreciated the experience.

The whole process from applying to getting an interview call took about 2 weeks. It was a Webex panel interview with 3 interviewers. I was expecting to see everyone on the panel at once, but they only showed one person at a time as they spoke, which was a bit distracting. The questions were pretty standard, with a few exceptions. Based on a question the manager asked at the end, I decided I wouldn't want to work there. The manager didn't represent ERS well.
