Office Manager
The interview process at Lever was better than any other I've experienced. Communication from my recruiter was clear and consistent, I knew when and where to show up and who to ask for. The process went at a good clip, neither feeling drawn out nor rushed. I developed a bond with my recruiter and felt like I could ask them anything. Historically, I've had to almost force the issue when it comes to being sure I have time to ask my questions as I'm a firm believer that I'm not just interviewing for a job, the company is interviewing for me as well. Lever is the only place that not only gave me the space to do that without having to fight for it, but they also made it feel more conversational and easy than anyone else before. I feel like Lever, more than anyplace else, buys into the idea that employment needs to be a 2-way road; it can't just be about the applicant matching the job, it must be about the job and company matching the applicant as well.

Relationship Manager
I talked to seven different people in total. First, there were three phone interviews. After that, I went to Jobvite's HQ for an on-site visit where I met with four more people I hadn't talked to before. The whole thing was really smooth and Chad, the recruiter, kept me totally updated on how things were going and what to expect next. It was great working with him.
- Can you share some background information?
- Tell me about a time you faced a specific situation and how you handled it.
- What's your approach to dealing with [a particular type of client issue]?
Implementation Manager
The team seemed to mix up my application with someone else's during multiple interviews. They mentioned me being in a different state and referred to someone I didn't know, even though I corrected them several times. I decided to withdraw from the interviews and consideration.
