Project Manager
It was a quick zoom call to see if you would qualify for the second in-person interview. They talked about the company's information as a marketing and promotions team and told me about starting at an entry level and moving up the ladder to get promoted within.
- How would you describe your leadership style using two words?
- Tell me about a time you took a leadership role, whether in school, sports, or anywhere else.
- What are three of your strengths?
Sales Representative
We started with a group zoom interview, which was pretty good, and they made sure to focus on each person. Then, the next round was an in-person interview where I went out into the field with a current sales rep to check out the day-to-day stuff. After that, I had a one-on-one with the manager. It was an easy process, and everyone was really welcoming and nice.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself and what qualities make you a good leader?
Business Manager
The interview process went by really quickly, and I’m not even 100% sure what the position does or how the salary works. They asked me to come in for an interview in person but had no availability other than tomorrow (Friday) at 10:15 am. I interviewed at 4 pm on Thursday. I’m already employed and don’t want to risk a last-minute PTO call-out for a job I’m not even sure what they are looking for.

Sports Marketing Assistant
It was a group interview over zoom. The interviewer asked us questions individually and stopped to make sure we weren't lost. The only bad part was the connection (which is out of her control), which delayed parts of the interview.
- Tell me about your interests.
- What qualities are essential for a leader?
