Applied online, then a recruiter reached out. I had an interview with both the unit manager and the department manager. It was about 45 minutes long and focused on behavioral questions. HR got back to me two days later with an offer. Everyone was really nice and helpful.

I went to an RN Hiring event where the interview was very relaxed. Four people interviewed me and I got a job offer on the spot. I'm looking forward to the experience. I forgot to ask some important questions, but I plan to get into all that when I actually accept the offer.
