It was a smooth process with several rounds, though the turnaround time was a bit slow. Scheduling was smooth and the rounds were properly timed. It began with a recruiter chat, then the hiring manager, and finally leadership. Everyone asked questions, mostly behavioral, nothing too unexpected.

It's tough to get an interview at Emory. If they've already picked someone internally, the process might take a while with little info. Usually, you'll only find out you didn't get the job after they've made a decision on their top pick. Applying to many jobs at once can be tricky with their system, but I'll keep trying to find the right job and the right hiring manager.

The hiring process was mostly online. It was a bit difficult to get through, but it was manageable. My experience might have been a bit unusual because they needed to fill the position quickly as the semester was starting. I found the administration to be ethical and easy to work with. Overall, Emory is a good place to work.
