QA Test Engineer
I had a video call interview where they asked me to share my screen. It was about 25 minutes long. They asked some basic questions about testing and the BDD framework, and then gave me two coding pattern problems. The questions were focused on the job requirements rather than my past experience.

Full Stack Developer
The interview process was very serious, with not much information provided. They sent me the contract to sign, which only mentions salary and none of the other benefits. What makes me very uneasy is that the contract states I will receive 5 payments of $1,000 each, with 2 of them being canceled upon assignment to the first project and the remaining 3 payments canceled upon completing 1 year of employment with them.
